About the event
"UC San Diego researchers working on A People’s Guide to San Diego visited Majdal to hear from community members about their experiences arriving in San Diego and the places that became meaningful to them. The project looks to explore San Diego’s history through the lens of colonization and the freedom struggles that have shaped the city.
We look forward to seeing the published People’s Guide to San Diego!"
