A PREDATORY STATE: Israel’s Systemic Sexualized and Gendered Violence Against Palestinians
"A Predatory State," documents Israel’s systematic use of sexualized and gendered violence against Palestinians — from the Nakba of 1948 to the genocide in Gaza. Based on survivor and witness testimony and numerous other sources including declassified Israeli archives, media and academic research, the report serves as an archive of genocidal violence in a settler colonial context where evidence, testimony and information are intentionally being withheld, destroyed, erased, or weaponized by the predatory state.
While this report provides an archive of a painful past and present, the pathway to justice and liberation demands this reckoning and all of us to bear witness and take action. We will hear from the report authors who will present on its key findings and patterns before joining them in an important community discussion.
